General information
The operator of the raportroczny2017.csr.enea.pl and raport2017.csr.enea.pl websites (hereinafter: “Website”) is Agencja Reklamowa ART GROUP Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter: “Website Operator”).
The Website collects information about its users (hereinafter: “Website Users” or “Website User”, accordingly) and their behaviour in the following ways:
- saving cookies on the Website User’s end devices,
- collecting web server logs by the Website Operator’s hosting service provider.
Information about cookies
The Website uses cookies.

Server logs
Information about certain behaviours of the Website User is logged on the server. Such data is used exclusively for the administration of the Website and to ensure the most efficient hosting service possible.
Resources viewed by the Website User are identified by URL addresses. In addition, the following data may also be saved:
- Time of the query,
- Time of the response,
- Name of the client’s station – as identified by the HTTP protocol,
- Information about any errors which may have occurred during the HTTP transaction,
- URL address of the site previously visited by the Website User (the referrer link) – only if the Website User accessed the Website via a link,
- Information about the Website User’s web browser,
- Information about the Website User’s IP address.
This data is not associated with any specific person viewing the Website.
The data is used for the administration of the Website only.
Sharing data
The data is to be shared with third parties only to the extent permitted by law.
Any data which can be used to identify an individual is to be shared only with the consent of the person with whom the data is associated.
The Website Operator may be obliged to provide the information collected by the Website to authorised bodies pursuant to their lawful requests and to the extent of the request only.

However, if the Website User disables the cookies required for the processes of authentication, security or for storing the Website User’s preferences, this may impair the correct functioning of many sites.
